Whoopee! is coming back with a very special All VIP Party + Sex-Positive Variety Show on Saturday, September 28th in Portland, Oregon!
This unique and intimate event will be THE talk of the town! After being voted Portland’s Best Speciality Event, Whoopee’s producers wanted to celebrate with an exclusive show + party that will be focused on giving our attendees an unforgettable night of entertainment and sensual experiences.
Each guest is getting the VIP treatment with an Oscar’s style gift bag filled with over $300 worth of goodies from our sponsors. This will include a luxury rechargeable vibrator from Fun Factory USA, full size bottles of lubricant from überlube, product samples and gifts from She Bop #open, Ladies of Paradise, and Luminous Botanicals, and even more surprises to be announced.
September’s variety show will have all of your favorite parts of a regular Whoopee! — incredible live performances: aerial magic, sex-themed storytelling and comedy, fire dancing, burlesque, and performance art — but with more intimacy, interaction with the performers, and the most amazing sex toy prize bags this city has ever seen!
This event will be held at a top secret private event venue (in NE Portland), to be revealed to guests a couple of days before the show. This special venue doesn’t have the restrictions of our regular venue, and we’re using that to our advantage. There will be a “cannabis corner,” a kinky “sensation station” and catered food (with an optional blindfolded sensual eating experience).
Whoopee! A Sex-Positive Variety Show is a live stage show produced (quarterly) by super villain and entertainer Lady Coquine and hosted by sex educator and comedic storyteller Amory Jane. It is a two hour show with a variety of acts from some of the Pacific Northwest’s most talented performers. Come join us for a night of sex-positivity, body-positivity, and explorations of human sexuality as told through burlesque, fetish performance, aerial arts, storytelling, fire dancing, comedy, circus, and music.
Accessibility notes: Bossanova Ballroom is ADA compliant but is an old building with no elevator. Folks with wheelchairs, and others who may need assistance getting up the stairs, should contact the Bossanova Ballroom by phone or email to arrange a lift during the night of the show. Please also feel free to contact show organizers via our Facebook page and we will talk to the venue for you.
